Before going to practice as a lawyer you must enroll in the Bangladesh Bar Council. Then, you are eligible for going to practice to any of the affiliated Bar associations in Bangladesh. Otherwise, you are not allowed to practice as a lawyer. This is the fundamental criteria to become a Lawyer.
