But most of the Lawyers are not experiencing to operate android,laptop,computer or other necessary instruments to fulfill this systems. So this is also a vital factor to run this virtual court. It means,before going to operate this virtual court,a lawyers must be trained up by the proper institution .Otherwise it is hard to operate bail hearing in the bulk court.

Court also ask to lawyers to submit their bail petition/application through e-mail so they can prioritize the bail application hearing. Earlier on Sunday, the Chief Justice issued a directives and a user manual in line with the ordinance issued by President Md Abdul Hamid on Saturday, because to allow regular court proceedings virtually amid the Corona Virus (Covid-19) lock down in Bangladesh
