Legal Aids, however, we must declare to help those who are incapable to continue their litigation cost due to insolvency. In order to provide legal aids we know under the constitutional obligation of Bangladesh as bellow: “All People Are Equal before Law and  are equal  and Are Equal Before The protection Of Law (Articles- 27)
