Legal Aids
Legal Aids, however, we must declare to help those who are incapable to continue their litigation cost due to insolvency.
In order to provide legal aids we know under the constitutional obligation of Bangladesh as bellow:
“All People Are Equal before Law and are equal and Are Equal Before The protection Of Law (Articles- 27) “
Thus it is our vision to ensure equal protection of the law and equal access of law to justice for the poor, insolvency to provide high-quality aids. We are ready to relate to providing legal services for those litigants who are absolutely incapable to seek justice. Similarly, those are financially
insolvency to maintain their litigation cost, we must help them. We have a wide range of senior and junior Lawyers to take Legal Services. We are to assist them as bellow:
- Who are financially insolvent
- Physically and Mentally disabled
- Disparity by Gender
- Real helpless litigants
- Poor and Disadvantage

We are with the slogan of the Bangladesh Government in order to ensure proper justice for the poor and disability by financially insolvent declare the same we do. Every day in our court practice we get cases from legal aid officers.
